Creamery Landing Multi-Unit Build in Tatamagouche, NS

Tatamagouche, NS

Type Framing Project
Location Tatamagouche, NS
Completed 2026

Creamery Landing is a multi-unit residential development in Tatamagouche, on Nova Scotia’s North Shore, a short distance from Tatamagouche Bay. JGC Construction did framing work on the apartment buildings here, and this gallery follows the site from open roof trusses to closed-in, roofed buildings.

From roof trusses to a closed-in building

Multi-unit framing is a different job from a single-family home. Each building has two full storeys, a covered central breezeway, and a long run of roof trusses that has to line up across the whole structure. The earlier photos show the trusses going up, with a finished building already standing next door. The drone photos, taken in June 2026, show the site later on: sheathed walls, shingled roofs, windows in, and a paved lot tying the buildings together.

Rental housing in Colchester County

Developments like Creamery Landing bring new rental housing to smaller Nova Scotia communities. For a builder, that means keeping a crew, material deliveries and inspections on schedule across more than one building at a time. It’s the same organized approach JGC brings to residential framing and custom home builds in Tatamagouche, Truro and across Colchester County.
