Approach
Most companies have a simple model, sell at the highest price point and complete the job at lowest cost using sub-contracted labor with minimum oversight. This works in some businesses without a loss in quality but in construction, lack of quality is generally a direct result of this. We believe in spending time with the customer to get an exact feel of what they want and expect, then accurately providing a detailed proposal based on that.
